These Terms govern your use of Classic Bubble Blast (the "Service"), provided by XtraLynk Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Guest play (playing without signing in) is open to players of all ages. Guest play stores progress only on your own device and does not collect personal information, enable purchases, duels, tournaments, or public leaderboards.
To create an account — which unlocks online features such as coin purchases, duels, tournaments, cloud-saved progress, and public leaderboards — you must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent, and they accept these Terms on your behalf. Some regions (e.g. parts of the EU/EEA) require a higher minimum age for digital consent — where local law sets a higher age, that age applies to account creation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Classic Bubble Blast is a browser-based bubble shooter game featuring themed worlds and levels, virtual currency ("coins"), power-ups (star burst, rainbow ball, color swap), achievements/badges, daily login streaks, daily challenges, head-to-head duels with preset post-match reactions ("gg", "nice", clap, etc.), and tournaments with coin prize pools. Coins, power-ups, achievements, and tournament rewards are virtual items, have no real-world cash value, and are non-transferable between accounts.
Coins may be earned in-game (e.g. by completing levels 5–10, claiming daily login streaks, winning duels, or placing in tournaments) or purchased through the in-game Coin Shop. Coins cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Coin purchases are one-time transactions. Coins are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation from Paddle.

Tournaments may require a coin entry fee and pay out coin prizes to top finishers based on score at settlement time. Duels are 1v1 score matches between players. We may cancel, void, or reverse results and prizes where we detect cheating, exploits, connectivity manipulation, or other rule violations. All tournament and duel rewards are paid in coins and have no cash value.
The Service, including its software, artwork, branding, and content, is owned by XtraLynk Technologies LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play.
To the extent you submit any content (e.g. display name, support messages), you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, cheating or abuse, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify XtraLynk Technologies LLC against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XtraLynk Technologies LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
